You're not a hot mess. You're just tangled.

You need someone to hand you the flat iron.

You built something real.

Years of showing up, figuring it out, betting on yourself. It worked. You were made for this.

But... the business you built to work for you? You're working for it now.

Busy. All day, every day. At 5pm you look up and can't think of a single thing you finished.

Forty-seven tabs open in your brain. You forget what you were looking for before the new tab even loads.

You're doing okay at a lot of things. Great at nothing.

You forgot her birthday. You said yes, when every part of you knew the answer was no.

The real cost?

The business is winning. The people who matter most are paying the price.

You're not an imposter. You're not burned out. You're just tangled.

And that's actually the good news.

Here's the thing about tangles.

They don't happen because you're lazy. Or disorganized. Or not cut out for this.

They happen because you're a big thinker. And big thinkers generate more than most systems can hold.

The more you grow, the more ideas you have. The more ideas you have, the more directions you're pulled. The more directions you're pulled... the tighter the knot.

And here's the part nobody tells you:

You cannot untangle yourself.

Not because you're not capable. You absolutely are. But you can't see the knots at the back of your own head. You're too close to every strand to see where the knot actually starts.

That's not a weakness. That's just how it works.

What you need isn't more discipline. Another planning app. A better morning routine.

What you need is someone who can see the whole tangle and know exactly where to start.

That's where TERApy comes in.

Untangle. Map. Move.

How It Works

Two steps. One untangled business.

Step 1: The Chemistry Call

Free. No pitch. No pressure.

Just a real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right fit for each other. Think of it as the consultation before we pick up the flat iron.

Step 2: Strategic Momentum Mapping Intensive

This is the untangling session.

In one focused intensive (four hours together, or two two-hour sessions), we look at your entire business from the outside. Your systems. Your clients. Your revenue. Your vision.

All of it.

We find the knots. We tease them out. Then we hand you the flat iron.

We build a plan that's clear, prioritized and designed around the life you're actually trying to live.

In person or virtual. You choose.

One thing to know: clarity, direction and a plan. That's what you walk away with. I help you see clearly and think brilliantly.

For clients who want to keep the momentum going, there are options to continue working together.

What You Walk Away With

You know that feeling when you've finally tamed the frizz, caught yourself in the mirror and thought...”Ohhhhh. She's back!”

That's what this feels like.

You leave with a 12-month vision for where you're going and a 12-week plan for how you're getting there. Not a template. Not someone else's framework forced onto your situation. Yours.

You know exactly what to focus on first. What to stop doing. What to hand off. And what to protect at all costs.

The forty-seven tabs? Closed.

The Sunday night dread? Gone.

The feeling of doing okay at everything and great at nothing? Replaced with a clear lane that's entirely yours to run.

You'll walk out of your session smooth, focused, and finally moving in one direction.

The tangle had a plan all along. You just needed someone to help you find it.

Why Tera

Here's what you need to know about me.

I've been you. In a lot of ways I still am you. Navigating a service-based business in a world that changes faster than any plan can keep up with.

Not the polished, put-together version you see on my About page. The real one. The one with forty-seven tabs open, a business running her instead of the other way around, and no idea which knot to tackle first.

I built a company from scratch in 2012. By 2017 I had five employees, a thriving reputation, and zero white space on my calendar.

That same year I also had a breast cancer diagnosis.

That word lands differently for everyone who reads it. I know that. And I don't take lightly that my story is still being written the way it is. I'm sharing it not for sympathy, but because what happened next changed everything.

What the diagnosis gave me was permission to stop. To step back. To hand the business to someone I trusted. Honestly? I didn't care if it survived without me or not.

It did.

When I came back, I came back differently. Not as the person doing everything. As the person who could see everything.

For the first time I had something I'd never given myself: Space. Time. The chance to work on the business instead of in it.

Over the next four years I grew into a version of myself I didn't know existed. Someone who could finally see the whole tangle, recognize what it could become, and imagine something I never would have considered before: selling it. I reimagined the business, tightened the systems, and built it to be something worth buying. In 2022 I sold it.

Now I give other women what I wish I'd found sooner. Someone to sit down next to them, look at the whole tangle, and help them find their way through it.

I'm not a coach with a formula. I'm a visionary who has lived the mess, found her way through it, and genuinely cannot wait to help you do the same.

I'm Tera Marie. And I was born for this.

Ready to Get Untangled?

You've been reading this page because something in it felt familiar.

The tabs. The tangle. The feeling that you built something real. And somewhere along the way the knot just kept getting bigger.

You don't need another thing to think about. You need one conversation.

The Chemistry Call is free. No pitch. No pressure. Just two women who get it, sitting across from each other, maybe feeling a little like they're looking in a mirror.

If it is the right fit, we get to work. If it isn't, you'll still walk away with something real. A fresh perspective, a new idea, or the clarity of knowing exactly where to look next.

Either way, you win.

You already know you can't see the knots at the back of your own head. Let me help you find them.
